David
Shore is a partner of Stirling Mercantile Corporation, a Vancouver
based investment bank established in 1998. David’s focus is to
help emerging technology companies with the process of raising
equity and debt financings.
David’s background combines the establishment of IT-related
companies with consulting for early stage financing and mergers
and acquisitions (M&A). In the early 80s David’s company establish
leading verticals in CAD software and custom Unix-based accounting
solutions. In the mid 90s David franchised a financial services
concept across Canada. David’s M&A activity, most recently with
CIBC Investment Banking in Vancouver, included non-asset backed
debt and equity financings and M&A intermediary services to
mid-market firms.

MetroBridge Networks and Compatriot Ventures, is Chairman of

Jackson has invested the past 25 years of his
professional career in management, technical and
business development roles in the technology
industry. He has been employed by a wide range of
businesses across North America ranging from
technology startups to major multinational
corporations including IBM, Oracle Corporation and
Sprint International.
As President of Analytics Marketing Inc., Jackson
provides contract sales and marketing services to
early stage businesses in the technology sector.
He is a popular public speaker on topics related to
technology and sales and is currently writing a book
on business development for growing businesses.
His volunteer directorships include the
International Internet Marketing Association,
Science World Foundation, University of BC
undergraduate business and Vancouver Board of Trade
Leaders of Tomorrow program. He also coaches early
stage businesses in the marketing and sales areas as
mentor for the New Ventures BC competition. A former
Canadian National Team manager and competitive
long-distance runner and triathlete, Jackson remains
heavily involved with amateur athletics.
Jackson is fluent in four languages (English,
French, Spanish, German). His educational background
includes an undergraduate degree in Arts (University
of Western Ontario, 1978), a graduate degree in
Electrical Engineering (Southern Methodist
University, 1985) and a certificate in Internet
Marketing (University of British Columbia, 1998).
Jackson currently serves on the business faculties
of the University of British Columbia, Simon Fraser
University and the University of Phoenix, where he
teaches courses in applied technology and

Anthony Kuschak is currently an advisor to Advantage Educational
Solutions, a U.S. based company that provides web-based IEP
solutions to the K-12 educational market. Anthony is also a

education. The company went public in March 1998 on the ASE under
the symbol MCZ.A and has since been trading on the TSE under the
symbol CTI. Prior to starting MC2, Anthony spent eight years with
Xerox Canada Ltd., focusing on the integration of new technology
with streamlined business processes.

Robert Eisses is currently the President and CEO at
Icron Technologies
Corporation which is a leading provider of high-performance
digital USB connectivity technologies for the computer
marketplace.
Robert has gained considerable experience in working with small or
early stage companies in strategic channel, product and business
development and international sales in the North American and
European markets for wireless technologies. This includes fixed
and mobile satellite systems for telecom, digital broadcast and
VSAT applications as well as Consumer and Enterprise Mobile Data
solutions for over cellular or satellite networks. He has been
successful in developing strategic relationships with integrators,
hardware vendors and operators such as Motorola, HP, Bell
Mobility, Nokia, Ericsson, CPS, T-Mobile to name a few.
Robert’s background includes a B.Comm in Finance from University
of Manitoba, a number of years at Xerox Canada and more recently
Director ,Sales and Marketing, Infosat Telecommunications (a BCE
company), Director, International Business Development at Pocket
IT (now Geodata), based in Oslo, NO., and Director, Business
Development, Motivus Software in Vancouver.
